No endorsement or verification.Listings are compiled from public business data. WaterproofingCompare does not verify the licensing, insurance, certifications, awards, workmanship, or warranty terms of any contractor, and a listing is not an endorsement or recommendation. Ratings and review counts shown are sourced from Google and reflect Google's data, not our assessment. Always confirm a contractor's credentials yourself before hiring.

Quote requests. When you request a quote, we pass your details to independent basement waterproofing contractors in your area. Any work, pricing, inspection, contract, and warranty is strictly between you and the contractor. WaterproofingCompare is not a party to and is not responsible for those services.

No warranty; limitation of liability.The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any listing or cost estimate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaterproofingCompare is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from any contractor you find through it.

No paid listings. Contractors cannot buy a listing, a position, a badge, or a lead on this site, and no listing on it has been paid for. The only paid product is the $79 Quote Autopsy, which a homeowner buys to have quotes they already hold reviewed. It is a document review, not an inspection, and not engineering, legal, or construction advice. Refunds are evaluated case by case.

Contractors may request corrections or removal, and anyone may raise a question, by contacting hello@waterproofingcompare.com. We may update these terms from time to time.
