Vance Insulation
About
Vance Insulation & DryGuard Systems has served Prince George, Virginia and surrounding areas since 1962. The family-owned business specializes in insulation and crawl space services for residential and commercial properties. Their crawl space work includes encapsulation, mold remediation, vapor barrier installation, drainage solutions, sump pump installation, and dehumidification. The company addresses energy loss, moisture problems, and indoor air quality through customized solutions tailored to each property's needs. Vance Insulation operates without high-pressure sales tactics and provides free estimates to homeowners evaluating their options. Customer reviews highlight prompt scheduling, thorough site inspections before quoting, and cleanup after work completion. Reviewers note that installation crews arrive on time and document completed work with photos. The company also backs its work with warranties. According to customer feedback, the team includes inspectors who walk or crawl job sites and explain findings before providing quotes, and office staff described as knowledgeable. Customers report the business has declined jobs when unnecessary (one reviewer noted an inspector recommended contacting the builder instead of purchasing services) citing honest business practices as a distinguishing factor. The business can be reached at 804-862-4493 to request a free estimate. Vance Insulation serves Virginia, with Prince George as its home base.
