Thompson Brothers Exterminating and Waterproofing
About
Thompson Brothers Exterminating and Waterproofing has served families and businesses across South Carolina and Western North Carolina since 1957. The family-owned company operates from multiple locations, including offices in Spartanburg and Forest City, and handles crawl space repair alongside a full range of pest control and waterproofing services. The business addresses moisture and water damage through basement waterproofing, foundation waterproofing, sump pump installation, and crawl space encapsulation. Customer reviews highlight the quality of their work: one homeowner described extensive water intrusion repairs involving grading, French drain reinstallation, and drainage field installation, noting that all personnel were polite, on time, and professional. The company offers free estimates with no obligation, a straightforward approach that removes pressure from the initial consultation. Their dual focus on pest control and structural waterproofing means crawl space issues are handled in context: termite damage and moisture problems often occur together, and Thompson Brothers addresses both. Homeowners in South Carolina can reach the Spartanburg office at 864.578.8822 to discuss crawl space concerns. The company's seven-decade history in the region reflects stability and ongoing client relationships built on repeat business and referrals rather than aggressive marketing.
